he ride had been long and hot. Arianne normally loved everything about her home, but it just seemed hotter then usual. Maybe it was because she had started traveling much earlier then she usually did so she was out while the sun was at it’s hottest. She normally would have waited a little bit before leaving but her journey was a long one and she didn’t want to wait until it was cooler to go. Her party had seemed to think that she was crazy but they listened, just like they always did. Other then the intense heat the ride was rather pleasant, and the heat was never something that bothered them too much.

As much as a Arianne was trying to it was almost impossible to not let the heat get to her after awhile. She had to admit that it was relief when they had arrived at the Torrentine and were able to dismount and climb aboard a small ship that would take them to Starfall. It may have not been as exciting as riding but at least there were cool breezes that helmed Arianne feel a little more comfortable. The winds were with them and they made it rather quickly, and soon Arianne was climbing off the ship and walking into Starfall like she owned the place. She had been friends with the Daynes for so long it kind of felt like she did.

She was told that All the Daynes were on a hunt, but should be returning anytime now. Arianne thought was acceptable and was led into the great hall and shown a seat. Then she was given a glass of cooled wine which was welcomed. She was glad that she didn’t actually have important business with any of the Daynes so she just sat and sipped her wie while she waited for one of them.

This had been a hellish hunt. Arthur was content hunting a few deer to take home to Starfall on their hunting trip to The Reach....But the whole family wanted to come...Arthur would rather they let him do his thing and they did theirs, but it was good to spend time with his family so he did not decline. But he wished he had. Because though Arthur was content with deer, the men had convinced Allyster who was Lord of Starfall. To go Bear-Baiting. It was a sport that men did in these parts. But It was harder work than needed to be done for a simple hunt and Arthur had not packed to prepare for it. So when the men mentioned Bear-Baiting as Arthur was usually the first one to jump at the chance to take down a bear they were unprepared so he declined. But his brother over ruled him.

Even after having been over ruled he told the men that if they put his brother in danger they would answer to him. But Allyster the hot headed fool that he was decided to try and go Bear-Baiting by himself. Stating that he was a man and a Lord he could take on a bear. Arthur ran to find him as he had told the men and not Arthur what he was doing. The boy had actually managed to bait a bear and was swinging the Dagger Oberyn Martell had given him for his Nameday, at it. The bear reared back and Allyster fell down to the ground in fear. Arthur drew Dawn and ran in front of his brother. Between him and the bear. After cussing out his brother hard the bear attacked and swiped at Arthur putting rather large claw shaped gashes in his shoulder. Arthur spun his sword, with a few quick swings chopped the bear's chest, and sliced it across the abdomen forcing it to back off and wounding it. Then Arthur backed off and Allyster ran. The bear growled. Arthur smiled and growled right back. The bear lunged again Arthur hacked off its paw. Then with what the bear had left it tried to run away. Arthur jumped onto the bear and with a loud yell plunged Dawn straight down through the bear's neck blood gushed everywhere as he severed an artery and the bear reared back again only to fall backward onto Arthur knocking him out and pinning him to the ground under a very heavy dead bear. The men found him afterwards and they pulled the bear off of him. One of them went to touch him to see if he was alright. His eyes opened.

Then he stood up very angry. The men said some of the other men had taken the young Dayne back to Starfall. Arthur was very angry with his brother. Not for baiting the bear when he was told not to as he kind of figured he would. But for not standing his ground and killing the bear with him. Arthur covered in the bear's blood strung a rope around the bear's shoulders and its neck and the men helped him pull it back to the boat as he was still injured from the claw marks and being crushed by a bear. After a while he arrived at Starfall. His brother had arrived before him. Allyster was the only sibling he had at the moment, his other brother was off on his own devices and his sister had passed away. There were other Daynes in Starfall as he had many cousins, and there were many other people there as well it was a rather large castle and a fair sized island that had other people on it at the Dayne family's bequest.

As the men helped him pull the the bear into Starfall, as soon as he got through the doors he let the men deal with the bear. Then he ran off in anger searching for his brother. But instead he found someone else. Someone ran to him and said that they were notifying him of a guest of Starfall. Arianne Martell. Walking into the main hall Arthur saw her. Looking beautiful, in that dress. He walked over to her and despite being covered in blood he spun her around from the person she was speaking with grabbed her into his arms and planted a nice hard anger releasing kiss on her lips. It only lasted a few seconds then he stepped back and smiled slightly before making a grimacing grunt of pain from his shoulder as, as fun that was it hurt like hell. Was it worth it to kiss the Lady Martell. You bet your ass it was. But he was on the hunt for a smaller Dayne.

"Always a pleasure...now please allow me to take your leave so that I might figuratively murder my little brother...Then I shall return and we can talk.."
